Children’s Personal Information:

Pioneer Work’s Site is a general audience website and is not designed for persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information or provide Services to any person under the age of 16. If a user submits personal information and is suspected of being younger than the age of 16, Spread Accounting, Inc will terminate Services to that user and take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. Authorized Agent. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify your identity directly.

Right of No Retaliation. Spread Accounting, Inc will not retaliate against you should you choose to exercise your rights. Specifically, Spread Accounting, Inc will not charge you different prices for services, provide a different level or quality of services, or deny you services, except where such exercise would prevent Spread Accounting, Inc from obtaining, using, or sharing personal information which is necessary to perform the services reasonably expected.
