He has previously served as the Corporate Head of Finance for renowned hotels worldwide. His areas of expertise encompass financial growth, budget management, cost reduction, cash flow optimization, and resource management.

Brandon Parker, Operations Director

Brandon is a seasoned restaurant industry expert with a unique blend of strategic, operational, and technological proficiency. With over two decades of hospitality experience, he's worn multiple hats, including roles at Forbes Travel Guide, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Homebase, FAT Brands, and his own venture, Parker Sorenson.

As a former restaurateur, Brandon intimately understands the industry from the ground up. He transitioned to corporate restaurant companies, both public and private, where he trained on-site GMs in effective restaurant management and operations.
